Not a bad site, lots of clipart but not alot of variety.
There are some nice buttons, bullets, and dividers, but the clipart is all done by the same artist. However, it does have many links to other clipart sites that might interest you.

Though there is not thousands of images here, there is some very beautiful art work. Some medieval clipart as well as desktop wallpaper, it is a great site for anyone building
a fantasy themed web site.

This site offers more than 3,000 resources for web builders including free clip-art, CGI, counters, fonts, html, java, animation, backgrounds, icons, buttons, photographs, site promotion, and much more. It is the complete resource for anyone who wants to develop pages on the internet.

Web Design at Miningco

Very good site that offers links to all the essential web building tools a designer would need. Clip-art and graphics and a lot of links to domain name and web page marketing sites. A good site for the experienced webmaster.

Free Clip-art Island

Lots of clip-art with instructions for first-time downloaders. Contains links to other clip-art and .gif animation sites, plus bullets and buttons. Easy to use categories make specific clip-art simple to find.

Pixel Palace

The site dedicated to all small things. Huge a categories of bullets, buttons, icons, animations, small clipart ect. Not alot of large images here but horizontal dividers and links to free counter sites makes it a good link to follow.

HTML for Beginnners

For those who don't have a clue how to use HTML(Hypertext Markup Language) taking a tutorial is a good idea. Bassam HTML is a good way to learn tags, and more advanced HTML to create truly awesome web pages.

Intended to provide Internet users with a comprehensive resource for publishing on the World Wide Web, Webcom is a well done site. They offer resources for Web primers, HTML guides, HTML validators, publishing guide, site publicity, and both Windows and Macintosh Web tools..AND graphics and icons !! Great site.

Volition

Though it masquerades as a free stuff website, Volition has a large web design resource within its site. It has hundreds of links to sites offering education in all aspects of Web page creation. Just scroll down and look for

There are not only resources but reviews on web-development software, free HTML editors and online user polls.Sections on building websites with free stuff, creating 3-D images and working with Javascript. Once you are comfortable working with web sites and creating them, this is a great resource for advancing your HTML/web design skills.

A site dedicated to showing what NOT to do as a web designer. There is a daily "sucker" and some other bad pages. What is wrong with the bad pages is always pointed out and warned against.The theory is by knowing what NOT to do you should be able to do it right.

Clipart Guide

Clipart guide gives web builders an opportunity to search for EXACTLY what type of picture or animation they're looking for. Plenty of categories to choose from plus the search make it easy to navigate and use. Minimum use of ads and links to bad clipart archives make visiting the site alot easier on the eyes. Animation Factory may seem like other sites but it offers a rather unique form of gifs---Alphabets. There are several full alphabets in different fonts, colors, styles and 3-D.
Takes alot of downloading but the end result is some very beautiful and exciting bannners. They offer animations of all kinds and of good quality. Easy downloading as well.

Dragon Myth

Dragon Myth is owned by someone named Ariel. Who happens to create very beautiful templates. (Templates are backgrounds with text for webpages)There's not alot of clipart here but there are some buttons, bullets and banners as well as the templates. Not a bad site, though some selected art you may have to pay for.
